About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven Enterprise Account Manager to support business growth across Singapore, Southeast Asia, and China-related outbound business opportunities.
This role focuses on acquiring enterprise clients, building a high-quality sales pipeline, managing the full sales cycle, and growing customer relationships through cloud, AI, and infrastructure-related solutions.
The successful candidate will be proactive, results-oriented, and able to work closely with presales and technical teams to translate customer needs into long-term business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise and key account clients across Singapore, Southeast Asia, and China-related outbound markets, and build a high-quality sales pipeline.
- Identify and convert business opportunities through direct outreach, existing networks, channel partners, and ecosystem partnerships.
- Understand customer business needs and work closely with solution architects, presales, and technical teams to develop suitable solution proposals.
- Lead the full sales cycle, including initial engagement, opportunity qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Build and deepen customer relationships, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in areas such as cloud architecture, AI solutions, infrastructure, and cost optimisation.
- Own individual sales targets and deliver against quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Manage and continuously improve pipeline quality, conversion efficiency, and deal progression.
- Conduct regular sales forecasting and pipeline reviews to support disciplined execution and target achievement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant sales experience in cloud computing, IT solutions, infrastructure, SaaS, or related technology sectors, including key account or enterprise sales experience.
- Proven track record in new business development, pipeline building, and achieving measurable sales outcomes.
- Ability to independently drive sales opportunities from lead generation through to contract closure.
- Familiarity with AWS or GCP. Experience in AI-related solution sales would be advantageous.
- Strong ability to collaborate with presales, solution architects, and technical teams to shape customer solutions.
- Strong business development mindset, commercial acumen, and results orientation.
- Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, and commercial negotiation skills.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Mandarin proficiency is required where necessary to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, or stakeholders in China or the Greater China region, and to review or handle Chinese-language business documentation. This requirement is directly related to the regional scope and operational needs of the role.

- Familiarity with partner-led sales motions, channel collaboration, or ecosystem-based business development.
- Ability to build trusted, long-term customer relationships while maintaining momentum in new business development.
