Our client is a fast-growing tech consulting / SI company, specializing in delivering end-to-end digital transformation services across Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Own sales targets and drive revenue growth across assigned enterprise accounts and territory.
- Develop strategic account plans to identify new business opportunities, expand existing accounts, and build long-term customer relationships.
- Sell complex, multi-solution projects across areas such as cloud migration, DevOps transformation, ITSM, CRM/CX, data analytics, AI/ML, application modernization, and integration.
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, IT leaders, business owners and other key decision-makers.
- Work closely with pre-sales, solution architects, delivery teams, and external partners to shape customer solutions and ensure strong delivery outcomes.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast revenue, track account activity, and manage client information through the CRM system.
- Monitor client satisfaction, support renewals, and drive account expansion through repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise software solutions, SaaS, IT consulting, or systems integration sales.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client pain points and position business-led technology solutions.
- Extensive experience working with clients in the BFSI sector.
- Demonstrated hunter mindset with the ability to strategically farm and grow existing enterprise accounts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging C-suite executives, IT leadership, business owners.
- Structured, metrics-driven, and able to manage pipeline, forecasting, and account reporting independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting environment with cross-functional teams.
