Job Description

We're partnering with a fast-growing, VC-backed AI startup hiring an Enterprise Account Executive focused on BFSI clients across Asia.

The company is already working with leading financial institutions and insurers across the region, helping enterprise frontline teams improve performance and productivity through AI. They're now scaling rapidly and looking for a commercially sharp, hands-on enterprise seller to join the journey.

What you'll be doing:

  • Drive new business through outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and strategic account development
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from discovery through close
  • Engage senior stakeholders across Sales, Distribution, Contact Centre, Training and Operations teams
  • Work closely with founders and leadership on strategic enterprise deals
  • Own & grow enterprise BFSI accounts across one or more Asian markets
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Solutions and Customer Success during pilots and rollouts
  • Represent the company at industry events and client engagements across the region

What they're looking for:

  • 4-8 years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience
  • Strong track record selling into BFSI / regulated enterprise environments preferred
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving procurement, compliance, technical and business stakeholders
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline and drive net new business independently
  • Strong consultative selling and executive communication skills
  • Experience in SaaS / AI / enterprise technology environments preferred
  • Prior startup / scale-up experience is highly advantageous
