With a globally recognised leadership team and rapidly expanding international footprint, this organisation is redefining how commercial shipping operates through cutting-edge computer vision and AI-driven solutions. Having surpassed $25 million in ARR in less than two years of selling across just three reps, the business is now on a clear trajectory to scale to $100 million ARR over the next 4–5 years. With over $1 million ARR already established in APAC, there is a strong foundation to build upon, alongside a significant equity opportunity at Series B for those joining at this stage.

Following significant growth across EMEA and the US, they are now investing heavily in building a high-performing team in APAC.

We are looking to hire a driven and high-potential Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead new business growth across the region.

The role:

Role: Enterprise Account Executive

Location: Singapore (Remote)

Salary: Competitive + Commission

Responsibilities:

  • Own new business development across your territory, proactively generating pipeline and closing new enterprise customers
  • Identify, engage, and win new logos through outbound prospecting and strategic outreach
  • Develop and execute detailed territory and account plans to drive consistent revenue growth
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to close, navigating complex enterprise sales processes
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, product, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Provide market feedback and insights to support product and go-to-market strategy in the region

About You:

  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with the ability to operate autonomously
  • Adaptable and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Intellectually curious with a strong desire to learn and develop
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in Mandarin and conversational English

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Enterprise (closing) Sales experience
  • Proven track record of generating and closing new business opportunities
  • Background in B2B technology sales (SaaS or deep tech preferred)
  • Experience selling into large enterprise organisations is highly desirable
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage with senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in a high-growth, evolving environment
