The Role

We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive (Indonesia) to join our Singapore-based commercial team and accelerate Xendit's growth across one of Southeast Asia's largest and most dynamic markets.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and expanding relationships with Indonesia's largest enterprises and fastest-growing digital businesses. As a trusted advisor to senior executives-including CEOs, CFOs, CTOs and Heads of Payments-you will help customers modernize their payment and financial infrastructure, enabling them to scale more efficiently, improve customer experiences and unlock new growth opportunities.

You will lead complex, strategic sales engagements from initial executive conversations through commercial negotiation and long-term partnership development. Working closely with Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal and Compliance, you'll bring together the full breadth of Xendit's platform-including payments acceptance, payouts, treasury, fraud prevention and embedded finance-to solve complex business challenges.

The role is based in Singapore and requires regular travel throughout Indonesia (approximately 50%).

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan focused on acquiring enterprise customers across Indonesia.

  • Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through commercial negotiation and contract execution.

  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite decision makers, including CEOs, CFOs, CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, Heads of Payments and other senior business and technology leaders.

  • Partner with customers to understand their business objectives and advise them on Xendit's capabilities across payments acceptance, payouts, treasury, fraud prevention and embedded finance.

  • Identify opportunities across eCommerce, Digital Platforms, Retail, SaaS, Travel and Artificial Intelligence.

  • Lead complex consultative sales engagements involving multiple stakeholders and long enterprise buying cycles.

  • Collaborate closely with Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance and Customer Success.

  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools.

  • Represent Xendit at executive briefings, customer meetings and industry events across Indonesia.

Who You Are

You are an accomplished enterprise sales professional with a passion for helping businesses solve complex commercial challenges through technology. You have built trusted relationships with senior executives, consistently delivered results in competitive enterprise markets and enjoy working collaboratively across global teams to win and grow strategic customers.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • At least 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development or strategic account management within technology, fintech, SaaS or payments.

  • Demonstrated success selling complex technology platforms to enterprise customers in Indonesia.

  • Proven experience building relationships with C-suite executives and managing complex enterprise sales opportunities.

  • Strong understanding of eCommerce, Digital Platforms, Retail, SaaS, Travel and/or Artificial Intelligence.

  • Experience working within an international or global commercial organisation.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and executive relationship management skills.

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, as this role regularly engages enterprise customers and business stakeholders across Indonesia.

  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% throughout Indonesia.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling enterprise payments, financial technology or software platforms.

  • Strong understanding of payments, payouts, treasury, embedded finance, fraud prevention and financial infrastructure.

  • Experience navigating complex procurement and commercial negotiations.

  • Consistent track record of exceeding enterprise sales targets.

  • Experience selling into regional or multinational organisations across Southeast Asia.

  • Familiarity with value-based, consultative and solution-selling methodologies.
