Senior Enterprise Account Executive
Location: Singapore
Ignite Search Partners is a specialist recruitment company within the Technology & Renewables space, located in Singapore.
We are currently supporting a fast-growing sustainability technology company that is expanding across Asia Pacific. The business provides enterprise software and solutions that help organisations manage carbon emissions, ESG reporting and broader sustainability goals.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth across APAC, winning enterprise clients and expanding revenue across regional markets
- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, from prospecting and pipeline development through to proposal, negotiation and close
- Sell the company's carbon accounting and ESG data management SaaS platform to large corporate clients
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional solutions including consultancy services, carbon credits and partner offerings based on client needs
- Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships, engaging C-level decision makers across target enterprise accounts
- Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to strengthen market presence and accelerate short to mid-term revenue growth
- Manage complex sales opportunities including large enterprise and listed company tender processes
- Work closely with regional leadership to identify new market opportunities and support expansion into new countries
- Maintain accurate reporting of pipeline, sales activity and KPI performance, ensuring strong visibility for management
- Share market insights and best practices across the wider commercial team
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Sales & Business Development roles
- Strong track record in enterprise new business sales and closing complex, high-value deals
- Experience selling SaaS solutions; sustainability and/or ESG sector experience is highly preferred
- Strong executive presence with proven ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders
- Experience managing long and complex enterprise sales cycles, including tenders and multi-stakeholder deals
- Highly self-driven with strong discipline in pipeline management, forecasting and KPI reporting
- Regional APAC experience and willingness to travel when required
- Team leadership or people management experience is a plus
