About the company

I am partnering with a global technology organisation that delivers largescale digital transformation across ASEAN. The company provides integrated solutions spanning cloud, data centre modernisation, cybersecurity, digital platforms, AI, and enterprise applications, supporting both public and private sector clients

The organisation is hiring an Enterprise Account Director to take full commercial ownership of a select group of highvalue strategic accounts across ASEAN. The focus of the role is to strengthen, grow, and safeguard existing customer relationships, and you will also identify selective growth opportunities within adjacent business units or whitespace areas inside your assigned accounts.

About the role

Reporting to the MD of APAC, your key responsibilities would includes

  • Manage a defined portfolio of strategic accounts with full accountability for revenue growth, margin performance, renewals, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop multiyear account strategies aligned to customer priorities, regulatory landscapes, and digital transformation roadmaps.
  • Maintain a structured Customer Account Plan covering cloud modernisation, data centre transformation, cybersecurity uplift, digital & AI initiatives, and SAPrelated programs.
  • Partner closely with delivery leadership to ensure successful execution, value realisation, and longterm account health.
  • Lead renewal planning and execution, ensuring continuity, expansion, and margin protection.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with Csuite and senior decisionmakers across your accounts.
  • Position yourself as a strategic advisor with a strong understanding of cloud, security, digital, and enterprise application ecosystems.
  • Identify and pursue selective hunting opportunities within existing accounts, including whitespace expansion, crosstower growth, and new business units.

Skills and experience required

  • 10-15 years in enterprise or strategic sales, account management, or business development.
  • Proven success managing and growing large, complex enterprise or public sector accounts in ASEAN.
  • Demonstrated ability to shape and close multimilliondollar deals and with strong background in Cloud, Data Center, Security, Digital & AI, and/or SAPled environments.
