Job Description

As an Enrolment Consultant, you play a significant role in representing the organisation by delivering accurate and timely information on curriculum to prospective households and students. You will have to establish good rapport and build meaningful relationships with both prospective and existing customers to provide a great enrolment experience through calls, emails and facility visits. You will be accountable for meeting and exceeding monthly enrolment targets, working closely with the Head of Enrolment and Customer Service (HECS) to drive overall enrolment performance in alignment with company objectives.

Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties:

  • Recruit new students through different engagement channels and initiatives, including but not limited to facility visits, campaigns, open houses and information sessions and other outreach activities.
  • Advise and guide parents of existing and prospective students who are considering new subjects, and support them in selecting suitable academic program.
  • Provide accurate and timely information on curriculum highlights and program offerings to prospective households and students.
  • Proactively develop new contacts and sales leads to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Stay informed of market trends and competitor activities in the education industry, and contribute insights to support sales initiatives and improvements.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across departments to support and execute student recruitment activities, plans and objectives.
  • Take ownership of assigned and ad hoc tasks and projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Uphold and project the organisation's premium brand image by delivering a professional, high-quality and customer-centric enrolment experience at all touchpoints.


Snapshots of our ideal candidate:

  • Possesses a Diploma in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 1-year proven track record in sales, preferably in the education field.
  • Able to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend.
  • Knowledge of and experience with CRM, sales or customer service are highly desirable.
  • Driven and self-motivated.
  • Strong consultative selling and business development flair.
  • Excellent oral, written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
