- May be required to travel to other branches (Bukit Timah Plaza, Century Square, Oasis Terraces and Parkway Centre)
Work Days:
- Able to work 4 weekdays (10am-7pm) and Saturdays (9am-6pm)
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct follow-up calls to convert enquiries into enrolments and respond to parent enquiries professionally and courteously.
- Provide clear and accurate information of class offerings, schedules, and fees.
- Support the Customer Service team in handling walk-in and phone enquiries during the peak enrolment period
- Coordinate with centre staff to ensure smooth communication between customer service and backend support teams
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, stock checks, and preparation of enrolment packs
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to commit for a minimum of 2 months (Jan 2026 to Feb 2026), with possibility of extension.
- Minimum A Level or Diploma holder in any discipline
- Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred, including conducting follow-up calls or lead conversions.
- Service-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and guide parents through the enrolment process.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets and Microsoft Office, and able to perform basic data entry.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable, able to multitask and manage peak-period workloads independently.
