Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Singapore for an Enrollment Manager. The Enrollment Manager will oversee the enrollment process, manage the admissions pipeline, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for students and their families. Responsibilities include strategizing and executing recruitment plans, maintaining accurate records of prospective and enrolled students, and collaborating with the marketing team to attract new enrollments. Exceptional customer service and engagement with parents and families to answer inquiries, provide guidance, and resolve concerns are also core aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to effectively engage with parents, students, and stakeholders
• Organizational and time management skills to handle enrollment processes and meet deadlines efficiently
• Sales and marketing experience, including the ability to create and implement recruitment strategies
• Familiarity with administrative tasks, data entry, and CRM systems
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Relevant experience in education or enrollment management is highly beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
