Job Description:
- Help render patient care in accordance to the policies & standards set by the hospital.
- Assist Senior Staff Nurse/Staff Nurse in serving of oral medication, nursing procedures such as dressing and naso-gastric feeding, orientation & clinical guidance for Nursing Aide/Healthcare Assistant.
- Assist in report writing on patients condition & progress on nursing management of patients.
- Take on any other responsibilities delegated by the Nursing Division in line with the needs of the hospital.
Requirements:
- National ITE Certificate in Nursing
- Enrolled with Singapore Nursing Board
- Mature, caring and interested in geriatric nursing
- Experience in acute care or community setting background
- Possesses clinical knowledge and skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Working Hours:
5 days work week / 3 rotating shifts
Morning Shift: 7.00am to 3.30pm
Afternoon Shift: 12.00pm to 9.30pm / 12.30pm to 9.30pm Night Shift: 8.30pm to 7.30am
