Job Description:

• Assist in monitoring patients health conditions and report changes to the Registered Nurse or Physician.
• Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiratory rate.
• Provide basic nursing care, including hygiene assistance, mobility support, and wound dressing.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient records.
• Support patient education and communication with Next of Kin (NOK) under supervision.
• Assist with preparation of reports and coordination for specialist referrals.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety procedures.
• Perform other assigned nursing duties as delegated by the healthcare team.

Job Requirement:

• Nitec / Higher Nitec in Nursing
