Enrolled Nurse

Brief Summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and compassionate nursing care to residents under the supervision of Senior/Staff Nurses. Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans. Administer medications and perform basic to moderately complex nursing procedures according to established standards and protocols. Monitor and assess residents health conditions, escalating any concerns to the Senior/Staff Nurse or attending doctor promptly. Provide assistance with wound care, continence management, feeding, and activities of daily living as necessary. Maintain accurate and timely documentation regarding residents care and nursing interventions. Supervise and guide Nursing Aides, Healthcare Attendants, and Junior Enrolled Nurses to ensure quality care. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, residents, and families to enhance overall well-being. Ensure strict adherence to infection prevention, control practices, and workplace safety standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and staff training as required. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager or supervisor.

Requirements

• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) as an Enrolled Nurse. Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience. Experience in a nursing home, community care, or geriatric setting is advantageous. Demonstrated compassion and commitment to providing quality care to elderly residents.
