Job Scope:
. Provide direct nursing care to inpatients under supervision of Registered Nurse
. Perform vital signs monitoring and basic patient assessment
. Administer medications and perform nursing procedures within EN scope
. Assist in patient hygiene care and daily living activities
. Support doctors during ward rounds and procedures
. Maintain accurate nursing documentation
. Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards

Requirements:
. Enrolled Nurse with valid SNB
