Job Description

Perform basic nursing duties (eg. phlebotomy, vaccination and wounds dressing)
Assist doctor in minor procedures
Dispense medication accurately to patients following prescriptions
Maintain drugs inventory levels and perform quarterly stock take
Manage patients medical records to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
Handle phone calls and enquiries
Schedule patient appointments and registration
Booking of referral appointments
Execute clinical and administrative duties to support daily clinic functions efficiently
Assist in managing clinic operations to ensure smooth and effective service delivery
Support surgeons during procedures and ensuring surgical processes run smoothly
Any other duties as assigned by the management
