Job Description:
- Provide patient care in accordance with the hospital's policies, procedures, and clinical standards
- Support Senior Staff Nurses and Staff Nurses in administering oral medications and performing nursing procedures such as wound dressing and nasogastric feeding
- Assist in the orientation, supervision, and clinical guidance of Nursing Aides and Healthcare Assistants
- Monitor and document patients conditions, progress, and nursing care updates accurately
- Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure quality patient care and smooth ward operations
- Undertake additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the Nursing Division based on operational needs
Job Requirement:
- National ITE Certificate in Nursing
- Enrolled with Singapore Nursing Board
- Mature, caring and interested in geriatric nursing
- Experience in acute care or community setting background
