Teach primary students without a single evening or weekend class.
WHAT WE OFFER
- $3,000 to $3,800 a month, depending on experience.
- Monday to Friday. No evening classes, no weekend classes, ever. Your evenings belong to you, which is not something most of this industry can say.
- A 1:12 ratio, against an industry norm closer to 1:20.
- Medical coverage.
- Paid professional development, on-the-job training plus workshops in pedagogy and behaviour management.
- A named path: Enrichment Teacher to Senior Enrichment Teacher to Lead Teacher to Centre Head.
- Mentoring and peer-learning sessions, not a sink-or-swim first term.
ABOUT CUROS
We believe learning goes beyond grades. We combine academic support with character-building, life-skills coaching and hands-on STEM exploration, so every child grows in a safe, well-run environment. Small groups, wholesome meals, and gate-to-door transport with live updates for parents.

- Plan, prepare and teach lessons in your subject area.
- Coach homework to completion and to genuine understanding.
- Track each student's progress and share what you see with their parents.
- Build real relationships with children and families, be the adult they trust.
- Handle the administration that keeps a centre running: attendance, progress reports, communications.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident, required for this role.
- Clear spoken and written English, and genuine ease with children, parents and colleagues.
- Strong organisation and the adaptability an afternoon centre demands.
- Comfortable with Google Docs, Sheets and everyday classroom technology.
- Fresh graduates with strong subject fundamentals are welcome. We train you in pedagogy and behaviour management on the job.
We reply to every application within 3 working days.
