Enrichment Teacher

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and committed Enrichment Trainer to deliver academic classes for Primary 1-6 students, including PSLE preparation programmes. This is a weekend-focused role, where the main teaching load is scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays, with additional weekday slots assigned to complete a full 5-day work week.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy teaching, have strong classroom management skills, and can create a positive learning environment for children.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct academic enrichment classes for P1-P6, including PSLE programmes

• Deliver 10-12 teaching sessions (slots) per week (majority scheduled on weekends)

• Support weekday classes based on centre needs

• Deliver lessons using structured curriculum and teaching materials

• Maintain student engagement and ensure high-quality lesson delivery

• Travel to different enrichment centres when required

• Provide progress updates and feedback to parents where needed

• Assist with lesson preparation, materials, and basic administrative tasks

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience

• Comfortable teaching Primary 1-6, including PSLE-level content

• Able to work both Saturday and Sunday as part of the regular work schedule

• Good classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Willing to travel across multiple centres

• Positive working attitude and passion for helping students learn

Working Arrangement

• 5-day work week

• Main teaching load on weekends

• Weekday classes assigned to complete weekly teaching requirements

• Trainers may support MindSpace centres on weekdays when weekend enrichment schedules are not yet launched
