Are you passionate about leading operations, enrollment growth and Parent engagement at our Centre Sparkminds Learning Centre is hiring a Full-Time Centre Manager for our Punggol Coast Center !
Key Role:
- Play a pivotal role in driving new student sign-ups, managing day-to-day Centre operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to parents and students.
- Handle enquiries and explain courses clearly and professionally.
- Manage student enrollments, scheduling , and administrative duties.
- Assist in HR-related tasks, including onboarding and record-keeping.
- Good communication and management skills with Parents, Students and Staff.

Who We're Looking For:
- Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in admin, customer service, or HR roles preferred. Candidate who works in a tuition centre before.
- Willing to work weekends and evenings.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Ready to start immediately.
