. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet students learning needs.
. Develop lesson materials and teaching aids that enhance classroom participation.
. Conduct classroom administration and maintain a conducive learning environment.
. Mark assignments and assessments with constructive feedback.
. Track and report student progress each semester through progress reports.
. Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
. Provide regular updates to parents on students academic performance and development.
. Conduct training sessions for part-time or new teachers when required.
. Represent the company at marketing events, open houses, and community outreach programs.
. Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the academic director.
. Diploma or Degree in Education or a related field.
. Teachers with CELTA, TESOL, or TEFL certifications will be given priority.
. Prior teaching or tutoring experience is preferred (MOE syllabus experience a plus).
. Passionate about teaching and able to engage students effectively.
. Strong classroom management and communication skills.
. Positive, nurturing, and patient personality with a natural rapport with children.
. Able to work on weekends and follow tuition centre's operating schedule.
. Energetic, adaptable, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
