Job Summary
Teach primary (P1-P6) or secondary (S1-S4) school English based on the local syllabus. Develop curriculum for lower primary English (P1 and P2). Deliver engaging lessons that improve student outcomes and align with company's fun, vibrant learning approach.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging English lessons to primary (P1-P6) or secondary (S1-S4) students following the local syllabus (1184)
- Develop and implement curriculum materials specifically for lower primary English (P1 and P2) to enhance foundational skills
- Adapt teaching methods to create a fun and interactive learning environment that aligns with Phi Learning's culture
- Assess student progress and provide personalized feedback to support continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the team to integrate cultural trivia and general knowledge into lessons to enrich learning experiences
- Manage classroom activities and maintain discipline during lessons, including weekend sessions
- Participate in training programs to continuously improve teaching skills and curriculum delivery
- Manage work schedule flexibly, choosing between a 4-day or 5-day workweek, with two weekdays off
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience teaching local syllabus English preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with MOE syllabus is advantageous but not required
- Fresh graduates with enthusiasm and a vibrant personality are encouraged to apply

- 7 days annual leave and 12 days company block leave (5 days in July, 7 days in December)
