Responsibilities
- Plan and design lessons for assigned classes aligned with the Company's curriculum pedagogy and framework to achieve targeted learning outcomes
- Deliver all planned lessons effectively according to the Company's guidelines to ensure student engagement and comprehension
- Mark and grade students scripts accurately using the Company's guidelines and in-house rubrics, returning marked scripts within designated timelines
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of students academic progress to tailor instructional approaches and address individual educational needs promptly
- Collect and analyze students school-weighted assessments and examination results to inform teaching strategies and improve learning outcomes
- Provide timely, clear, and constructive feedback to parents, addressing their concerns and collaborating to support student development
- Contribute actively to curriculum planning and innovate teaching methodologies to enhance instructional effectiveness
- Teach up to 12 classes across various levels (Primary 1 to Secondary 4), adapting teaching styles to diverse student needs
- Drive student enrollment growth and retention within your classes by fostering a positive learning environment and strong student engagement
Required competencies and certifications
- NIE trained teachers or candidates with at least 1 year of relevant teaching experience in established enrichment centres
- Familiarity with the latest MOE syllabus and examination requirements
- Possession of at least a Diploma in Education/Teaching or a Bachelor's Degree in any field
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience teaching English Language following Singapore syllabus
- Strong command of English language skills, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Google Drive, Zoom, and MS Office
- Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with students and maintain effective communication with parents
- Passion for teaching, resilience under pressure, and a results-driven mindset
Other Information
- Working week: 4 weekdays plus 1 weekend day
- Weekday working hours: 10.20 am to 7.20 pm
- Weekend working hours: 8.45 am to 6.30 pm
- Salary range: $3,000.00 - $4,200.00 per month

- Teachers may be deployed to teach at up to 3 different branches weekly
