Job Requirement
- Plan and implement lessons that align with the ECDA framework
- Create high-quality learning environments that include age-appropriate learning materials and resources
- Nurture trusting and respectful relationships with children
- Customize classroom management strategies to meet the needs of individual children
- Document and assess children's learning and development to inform future planning and teaching
- Work collaboratively with families to promote consistency in care and learning between the Centre and home
- Cultivate and enhance partnerships with families and the wider community
Qualification
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Teaching)/ Diploma in Child Psychology & Early Education or its equivalent
- Certified by Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) as at least an ACEY/EY2 teacher
- IT savvy
- Work location- South/Central side Singapore
