Key Responsibilities
. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences aligned with early childhood practices.
. Observe, assess, and document children's learning and developmental progress.
. Build positive and respectful partnerships with parents through regularcommunication.
. Maintain a safe, caring, and nurturing classroom environment.
. Support children's social, emotional, and behavioural development through responsive interactions
. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support centre programmes and events.
Requirements
. ECDA L2 Certified Preschool Teacher qualification.
. Relevant Early Childhood qualification (e.g., DECCE-T or equivalent recognised by ECDA)
. Passion for working with young children and belief in child-centred practices.
. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
. Responsible, initiative-taking, and a positive team player.
. Able to plan and document children's learning effectively.
