Job Description
- Nurture children's natural curiosity to explore and learn in a comfortable and safe environment
- Partner with parents to support, guide and share in their child's growth and development.
- Making preparations for classroom teaching i.e. work materials to be prepared effectively, lesson plans to be recorded, etc.
- Ensuring the safety of children at all times.
- Monitoring children's progress and recording observations in the children's portfolio and progress
- report books.
- Planning activities for Concert, Children's Day, Teacher's Day, National Day, etc.
- Planning & participating in the field trip.
- Setting up classroom decoration and learning environment.
- Enforcing positive discipline practices.
- Teaching and implementing Kinderland integrated curriculum.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings.
- Parents communication, Newsletter
Job requirement
- Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education or its equivalent.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion and patience to work with young children.
