As a Literacy Specialist,you will play a pivotal role in shaping each child's learning journey:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons using a proprietary structured, research-based literacy system
- Build strong foundational skills in reading, comprehension, and language mastery
- Track and support each student's progress through thoughtful assessment and feedback
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with parents through regular, professional communication

Who We Seek

- A strong command of the English language with clear, internationally intelligible pronunciation

Qualifications
- Degree in any discipline (Education, English, Linguistics, or Early Childhood preferred), OR
- Diploma in a relevant field such as Teaching, Early Childhood, or English-related studies
Experience
- Prior teaching experience is advantageous, particularly in early literacy or enrichment settings
Working Schedule
- Weekdays: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Weekends: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- 5-day work week (inclusive of weekends)
