Job Scope:
- Deliver engaging English Language lessons that cater to diverse learning needs and abilities.
- Develop students proficiency in language, literacy, and critical thinking through innovative and applied learning approaches.
- Assess and monitor students progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning, assessment design, and professional development.
- Mentor and guide students as a Form Teacher, fostering a caring and supportive classroom culture (if needed).
- Contribute to the holistic education of students by supporting co-curricular activities and school events (if needed).
Requirements:
- Must have a BA (English and Education)/ Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) from the National Institute of Education (NIE), Diploma in Education from NIE or any other equivalent teaching qualifications (in English Language)
- Passion for applied learning, creativity, and interdisciplinary teaching.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a student-centred approach.
Working Hours: School hours (subjected to school schedule/co-curriculum activities)
Contract Period: 1year
Salary: $4000-$6500 (depending on qualifications and experience)
