Job Summary

• Job Title: Engineering Technician / Lab Technician

• Industry: Semiconductor

• Location: Tampines, Singapore

• Working Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts, 8AM-8PM / 8PM-8AM

• Work Schedule: 4-3-3-4 rotating pattern, approximately 15 working days/month

Key Responsibilities

• Operating laboratory equipment for product failure analysis, physical characterisation, and quality control.

• Monitoring laboratory tools through SPC and ensuring timely IMTE calibration.

• Following laboratory procedures and cleanroom protocols.

• Supporting measurement activities to meet required testing cycle time.

• Performing equipment operation and calibration according to SOPs.

• Maintaining good housekeeping and laboratory standards.

• Supporting special projects and other laboratory activities assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Diploma in Physics, Material Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts and overtime when required.

• 2+ years of laboratory or semiconductor experience is preferred.

• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

• Experience with SEM/EDX or SRP is an advantage.
