Get to Know the Role

We are looking for an Inspection Technician to support inspection equipment operations. You will work closely with engineering and production teams. This role requires hands-on work in operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades. It involves providingfirst-level support, performing routine checks, ensuring stable operations, and handling equipment issues, including maintenance and improvements.

Essential Responsibilities

• Support the installation, operation, and maintenance of inspection equipment
• Provide first-level support to ensure the reliability of tools and equipment and trouble recovery
• Conduct routine inspections, monitor equipment parameters, and promptly update the monitoring system to keep operations within specifications
• Diagnose and resolve equipment breakdowns, carry out corrective and preventive maintenance, and assist with upgrades or improvements

Skills and Competencies Profile

Required Qualifications:

• NITEC /Diploma in Engineering, or a related field, OR
• 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry, or prior experience in inspection, or related roles, is preferred

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

Soft Skills:

• Able to work independently with initiative and strong accountability
• Strong team player with excellent communication andproblem-solving skills
• Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team

Additional Information

• Willing to work in 12-hour rotating day / night shift (4 working day / 3 rest day /3 working day / 4 rest day)
• Able to work in a cleanroom environment and perform overtime as and when necessary
