The Role
To assist engineers in executions of DOEs, implementing engineering solutions for continuous improvement on Lab equipment, to achieve quality and cycle time to meeting engineering qualification activities schedules.
The Person
The candidate should be motivated and have good communication skills. He/She is also preferred to team player to work with the team to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic and higher technical level of debug via root cause analysis in resolving test related issues / provide input to improve equipment consistency to achieve production goals and objectives.
- Document test results and generate result/report timely.
- Verification of all engineering work order and release of work orders to the lab.
- Execute engineering evaluation of equipment upgrades/enhancements and lab equipment maintenance activities per engineering request/procedure.
Preferred Experience
- Understanding of semiconductor testing.
- Good inter-personal and communication skills
Academic Credentials
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics/ Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering (minimum 3 years for Senior Technician and above related working experience). Or
- NITEC in Electrical / Electronics/ Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering with minimum 3 years related working experience.
