Engineering Specialist III

About our group:

Our group is taking care of the cleaning process of the media manufacturing. This process removes particles and contamination on the media substrates before they flow to the next process which is sputtering.

About the role - you will:

• Responsible for supporting Front End process
• Support Process and Production during the manufacturing of discs by ensuring conformance to the process flow, specification and procedure
• Implement effective process control to ensure product and process compliance/conformance
• Conduct experiments for yield improvement and product/process enhancement
• Support troubleshoot and process qualification of Front End process equipment
• Monitor, audit and provide technical assistance to line operators and engineering personal

About you:

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related Engineering Diploma
• Self-motivated and positive working attitude.
• Team player with good problem-solving skill.
• Willing to work in clean room environment.
• Willing to work on 12hr (7.30pm to 7.45am) night shift pattern

Your experience includes:

• Relevant experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
• Data Analysis and control limit experience will be an added advantage

Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations.
