Source PM Team is a functional group that works on sputter source repair/conversion tasks so as to maintain a healthy inventory on source availability to support production
About The Role - You Will
- Perform sputter source repair according to Troubleshooting Flowchart upon chronic failure sources identified.
- Perform sputter source conversion according to procedure per MPS plan to make sure no source disconnect.
- Perform source/components failure analysis together with equipment engineers to improve source robustness, reduce failure rate and maintain quality
- Responsible for proper tracking of failure components and compliance of procedure
- Feedback to management team upon issues
- Involving in cost saving projects, work with relevant parties to work as a team to drive cost reduction
About You
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related Engineering Diploma
- Self-motivated and positive working attitude.
- Team player with good problem-solving skill.
- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electronic issues
- Willing to work in clean room environment.
- Willing to work on 12hr (7.30am to 7.45pm) day shift pattern
Your Experience Includes
- Relevant experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
- Possess of Sputter knowledge will be an added advantage
