Job Description:
. Lead and oversee the Installation, semiconductor related equipment.
. Develop and implement installation strategies, schedules, and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and reliability.
. Supervise and coordinate on-site installation of equipment, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and client requirements.
. Provide technical expertise and support to engineering teams and field technicians.
. Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and service providers.
. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices in installation.
. Manage budgets, resources, and manpower for projects.
. Conduct training and mentorship programs for junior engineers and technicians.
. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance installation efficiency, equipment reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
. Participate inclient meetings, negotiations, and technical discussions, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.
Qualification:
. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
. Fluent in English and Japanese (native-level proficiency in Japanese is required, as it is necessary to liaise work progress with the Japanese stakeholders and customers SV).
. Minimum of 15 years of experience in in project management.
. In-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, installation practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
. Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices for installation.
. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a hands-on approach.
