Engineering Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Act as the Project Manager on behalf of the construction entity, ensuring the successful delivery of engineering projects.

2. Be responsible for project quality, schedule, and budget control prepare work breakdown structures and monthly project plans coordinate with all relevant project stakeholders.

3. Participate in the bidding and tendering process for engineering projects and telecom equipment manage contracts oversee the procurement of equipment and related supporting resources.

4. Participate in feasibility studies, design reviews, and technical evaluations of engineering projects ensure overall technical and quality standards are met.

5. Assist the project lead in identifying and controlling construction risks, and promptly address unexpected issues during project execution.

6. Take charge of on-site project management, resolve issues arising during implementation, and handle external coordination and stakeholder communication at the site.

7. Organize and manage project acceptance and handover, including acceptance testing, asset capitalization, documentation archiving, and operational handover.

8. Collect and analyze cloud and network resource requirements across the Asia-Pacific region, and coordinate with the Cloud & Network Development team for planning purposes.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines, with at least 3 years of experience in engineering design or project management.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a solid understanding of core telecom services, management requirements, and network engineering construction.

3. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

4. Outgoing personality with strong communication skills well-organized, adaptable, quick learner, and a strong team player.
