We design, develop, and deploy the sophisticated test solutions used in our factories worldwide. In this role, you will orchestrate the development and deployment of test stations, from concept to mass production. You will work at the intersection of hardware, software, and control systems, providing leadership and creative problem-solving to ensure seamless execution. As an Engineering Program Manager on the Hardware Test Engineering team, you will be responsible for driving the development and deployment of test fixtures and stations. You will manage projects from initial concept through to mass production, working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment to deliver outstanding results.
End-to-End Program Leadership: Drive execution of complex test engineering. Manage scope, schedule & resources across the entire NPI lifecycle.
Technical Partnership: Can grasp complex mechanical, electrical, and software concepts to facilitate credible and effective discussions and drive decisions.
Strategic Risk Management: You don't just solve today's problems you anticipate future bottlenecks, drive trade-off discussions, and ensure we remain one step ahead.
Cross-Functional Influence: You are a master of communication who clearly and concisely presents program status, risks, and strategic recommendations to all levels
