What You'll Achieve
- Spearhead Engineering Excellence: You will lead the delivery of all engineering and operational services across a portfolio of critical facilities, setting the standard for best practices in risk management, business continuity, and technical service delivery.
- Act as a Strategic Client Partner: You will serve as the primary engineering advisor to key clients, translating their business needs into technical strategy and ensuring service excellence. Your ability to build relationships and communicate effectively will be paramount.
- Drive Commercial Success: You will play a crucial role in business growth by providing technical expertise for Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, identifying opportunities for expansion, and managing operational budgets with commercial prudence.
- Develop a High-Performing Team: You will mentor, guide, and develop a team of dedicated engineering professionals. Your leadership will foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Champion a Culture of Resilience: You will implement and oversee JLL's industry-leading Critical Environment Management program, targeting maximum uptime and operational integrity for our clients most vital assets.
What You'll Bring To The Table
- Education: Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent technical certification
- Experience: 8-10 years in facilities/building engineering with progressive leadership responsibility.
- Technical: Deep technical expertise in a key sector such as Life Sciences, data centers, manufacturing, or other regulated critical environments. Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance best practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Leadership: Proven track record leading technical teams with demonstrated team development success. A strategic mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and drive long-term solutions.
- Client Skills: Experience with presentations, RFP responses, and stakeholder management
