Engineering Manager

POSITION : Engineering Manager:

QUALIFICATION : BE Mechanical / Aerospace

Experience : 15 to 18 years

MUST HAVE -

• Aerospace experience is mandatory up to 12 to 15 yrs
• Handled NPD /NPI development team size of 35 to 45 engineers
• Experience in AS9100D internal and external audit preparation and RCA closure
• Goods hands on experience in CAD / CAM with CATIA and UG NX, Master-cam, solid-cam all mandatory softwares
• Good in FAI planning, execution, FAIR submission at RIGHT FIRST TIME methodology
• experience in planning for continuous improvement projects on cost savings, process optimisation
• Good Experience in special process requirements
• knowledge in assembly process of machined and sheet metal parts
• good experience in Engine parts with high precision machining parts.
• experience in cutting tools and CAM programming strategy to help support the engineering team
• good in customer interactions / demonstrations capability on time delivery, good quality and performance matrix.
• Good communication skills
