Report to Project Manager & Project Director.
Establish procurement and cost control policies.
Resolve issues raised by Construction in a timely and effective manner.
Responsible for all contractual matters of the project via or with the Project Director.
Prepare project budget in conjunction with Project Director and submit to management for approval.
Approval of main contract progress claims submission and payment certificate in conjunction with Project Director.
Review relevant monthly reports cost reports and highlight financial deficiency to Project Director for necessary measures to improve the labour productivity and control the usage of materials, plant & equipment and consumption of utilities in conjunction with Construction Manager.
Overall responsible for the procurement activities for project and finalize procurement contract and submit to relevant approving authorities for approval of purchase/sub-contract. Prepare procurement schedule of work packages and link to contract programme & construction dates given to Construction Team.
Attend progress meetings with Construction Station Manager to discuss progress, technical, quality and construction issues as and when necessary.
Prepare financial statement & estimation of yearly profit & loss for review by management.
