Engineering Manager (OEE)

Responsibilities:
. Drive Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and productivity through continuous improvement initiatives.
. Lead engineering teams to deliver cost, efficiency and operational targets.
. Oversee equipment, facilities and process reliability to support uninterrupted operations.
. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and quality standards.
. Own automation and in-house equipment projects from concept through implementation and optimization.
. Identify and implement operational and cost-efficiency improvements.
. Provide technical leadership across engineering, process and workplace safety functions.

Requirements:
. Degree in Engineering or related discipline
. At least 10 years experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
. Strong hands-on exposure to automation, machine design and industrial control systems
. Sound knowledge of safety, risk assessment and FDA regulations
. Effective leader with strong collaboration and communication skills
. Proficiency in mechanical design tools PLC/HMI exposure is an advantage
