Engineering Manager/Mechanical Manager

MAINDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead a team of design engineers in the designand development of semiconductor equipment from module to machineconceptualization

2. Carriesout CIP programs to extend product life cycle, enhance product competitiveness,improve gross margins

3. Reliability& feasibility tests and verifications

4. SupportSales technically in specs review, costing and product evaluation

5. Resolveall technical field issues within the Product family for Sorters, Laser markand Scan products.

6. Responsiblefor product performance on site.

7. ReviewingSales enquiries and Service enquiries

8. Design& mechanical drawing reviews and documentation

9. Designissues investigations

10. Other tasks as assigned by supervisor based on business needs

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. Degree/Master in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline

2. 5-8 years of working experience in automation or semiconductor machinesdesign

3. Strongtechnical background in semiconductor related equipment development involvingultra-high precision, high speed mechanisms

4. Possessgood technical drawing skills using either Creo/SolidWorks

5. Knowledgein semiconductor packaging and assembly processes

6. Experiencedas a Technical leader with good project management skills

7. Excellentsystematic problem-solving ability.
