We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager - Space Planning & Management to lead the design, development, and implementation of space management concepts for complex industrial and high-tech facilities. This role will play a key part in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and delivering high-quality design solutions across international projects.
The Duties/ Responsibilities of the Prospective Candidate are,
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Space Management Concepts for: Wastewater Treatment Systems, Ultra-Pure Water System,FAB, CUB, Link Bridge, and Administration Buildings
- Manage and delegate tasks to the Space Planning (SPM) team, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of drawings for system owners.
- Conduct weekly coordination meetings, including clash detection reviews and reporting.
- Coordinate and collaborate closely with international counterparts to ensure alignment with global standards and project requirements.
- Oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring effective integration across disciplines.
- Lead and manage the CAD/BIM Department, ensuring high-quality deliverables and compliance with project standards.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Strong experience in Space Planning / BIM / CAD management
- Proven experience in cleanroom, semiconductor, or industrial facility projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
- Experience in clash detection and coordination
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
- Able to Travel/ Relocate
