Responsibilities
- Drive business development by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developers, consultants, and EPC partners in the power generation industry
- Lead preparation of technical tenders and proposals for power generation projects including CCGT, steam power equipment, and electrical systems
- Manage HV/MV electrical projects from contract award through commissioning, testing, and final handover to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional project execution activities across engineering, procurement, logistics, installation, testing, and commissioning teams
- Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, identify and manage risks, and support cost tracking and variation management
- Facilitate technical discussions, negotiations, and presentations with customers, partners, and headquarters to align project objectives
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, contractual, and documentation standards throughout project execution
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in power generation, electrical engineering, project execution, tendering, or technical business development
- Experience with thermal power plants, CCGT projects, HV/MV systems, switchgear, transformers, or EPC environments is advantageous
- Proficient in technical proposal preparation, project coordination, and client-facing communication
