Engineering Manager

• Plan,co-ordinates and implements overall site works and provide technical guidance and support to site teams to resolve day-to-day issues
• Lead engineering teams and maintain technical standards, specifications, and project requirements
• Review engineering drawings, layout plans, and technical details before site commencement
• Identify and resolve design clashes, constructability issues, and site constraints
• Support planning and sequencing of works to meet project timelines
• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications
• Support value engineering and alternative technical proposals to optimise cost, quality, and programme
• Attend site matters & complains related to project sites.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil, E&C, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5-8 years experience in construction projects covering civil & ECE works
• Experience in design coordination, technical project management, and site support
• Ability to resolve design clashes, constructability, and integration issues
• Good coordination, communication, and leadership skills
• Willing to work on-site and flexible with shift work including evenings, weekends, or as project requires
