We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team at DCS Interior Design Pte Ltd. As part of our growing interior design and renovation business, you will lead engineering operations, ensure project quality, and drive technical excellence across our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage engineering operations for renovation and interior design projects.
- Lead and guide a team of engineers and technical staff to achieve project goals.
- Review and approve technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients to deliver successful outcomes.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
- Provide technical solutions and resolve on-site engineering issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in engineering management, preferably in construction, renovation, or interior design.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management and engineering software/tools.
- Knowledge of Singapore building regulations and safety standards will be an advantage.
