Job Responsibilities
The Wafer Level Test Process Engineering Manager will lead a team of engineers responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining wafer-level test processes for SAW (Surface Acoustic Wave) and BAW (Bulk Acoustic Wave) filters. This role requires deep expertise in RF testing methodologies, probe card design, automation, and yield improvement strategies.
Leadership & Strategy
- Manage and mentor a team of test process engineers.
- Define technical roadmaps for wafer-level test processes in SAW and BAW technologies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test coverage, throughput, and yield.
Process Development & Optimization
- Develop and implement wafer-level test methodologies for RF filters.
- Optimize probe card design, test hardware, and software automation.
- Establish best practices for data collection, analysis, and feedback loops to design and manufacturing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product Test Engineering to align test requirements with product specifications.
- Collaborate with quality and reliability teams to meet customer and industry standards.
Operational Excellence
- Monitor KPIs such as yield, test time, and cost of test.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for test-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with ESD, safety, and environmental standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or related field.
- 8+ years in semiconductor test engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in RF testing, wafer probing, and process engineering.
- Hands-on experience with SAW/BAW filter technologies highly preferred.
- Expertise in RF measurement systems, test automation, and statistical process control.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Python, MATLAB).
