Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of engineering experience and leadership or management role.
Experience in the semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, advanced technology, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, product development, and engineering operations.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex engineering projects.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
Proficiency in engineering tools, project management methodologies, and data-driven decision-making.
Strong understanding of semiconductor packaging, testing, wafer fabrication, or advanced manufacturing technologies.
Experience in NPI, process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Willing to work in the East Region, Changi North Crescent.
