This is a part-time, on-site role based in Singapore for an Engineering Director / Head of Engineering. The individual in this role will oversee the engineering teams, ensure smooth execution of projects, and manage the engineering operations. Responsibilities include guiding software development processes, leading engineering projects, and fostering team collaboration to deliver high-quality outcomes that align with company goals.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Team Management, Team Leadership, and Engineering Management
• Experience in Project Management with a track record of delivering high-quality projects on time
• Proficiency in Software Development, including coding, architecture design, and technology stack evaluation
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the tax consultancy or financial services industry is a plus
