Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

. Oversee building systems, including water supply, HVAC, electrical, and fire protection systems.

. Ensure compliance with safety, maintenance, and energy management standards

. Lead engineering and property management initiatives from construction to occupancy.

. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for property upgrades and maintenance.

. Collaborate with stakeholders for leasing and operational planning.

. Monitor and optimize building management systems for energy savings and predictive maintenance.

. Develop and implement robust data collection strategies to monitor building performance and operational metrics.

. Generate detailed reports on operational performance, system efficiency, and project progress.

. Ensure adherence to local regulations and ISO standards.

Requirements

. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Property Management, or a related field, OR a diploma with at least 20 years of experience in relevant roles.

. 8+ years of experience in property management or engineering roles, including experience with high-end properties.

. Proven expertise in water supply, HVAC, and fire protection systems.

. Familiarity with IoT devices and their application in building operations.

. Proficiency in building management software and maintenance strategies.

. Understanding of AI applications in building management for sustainability and operational efficiency.

. Strong skills in data analytics and the use of data to drive cost optimization and operational improvements.

. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.

. Proficiency in CAD and other technical tools.
