Join a pioneering semiconductor integration leader at the forefront of advanced packaging and AI technology. We are hiring hands-on technical professionals for their state-of-the-art facility expansion in Tampines.

The Package & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: Up to $4,000

• Shift Allowances: $15 (Day) | $30 (Night)

• Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (4 days work, 3 days rest vice versa)

• Location: Tampines North / Tampines Industrial Area

• Transport Provided From: Tampines, Ang Mo Kio, Serangoon, Yishun, Sembawang, Woodlands, Choa Chu Kang

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble & Test: Set up advanced semiconductor equipment and mechanical/electrical components.

• Troubleshoot: Diagnose and resolve technical malfunctions efficiently.

• Collaborate: Work with engineers to implement permanent solutions and minimize downtime.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma in Engineering, Higher NITEC, or NITEC.

• Experience: 1-3 years in automation, mechanical, or electrical environments.

• Industry: Semiconductor experience is highly preferred.

• Skills: Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings is a strong advantage.
