Engineering Assistant (Manufacturing/Chemical Lab, 12 hours shifts, East region)

Responsibilities:

• Operate lab equipment for failure analysis, physical characterization, and quality control.
• Monitor SPC and calibrate IMTE to ensure equipment quality.
• Follow lab procedures and cleanroom protocols.
• Meet measurement cycle time and perform timely calibration.
• Operate equipment according to SOP.
• Maintain lab cleanliness and order.
• Assist in special projects assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Physics, Material Science, or related Engineering field.
• Preferably 2 years of lab or semiconductor industry experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with SEM/EDX, SRP is an advantage.
• Willing to work on shifts as needed.
